you could also improve by adding a few more questions about magazines with several images to give the participants more of a insight of what the magazines are like if they have never seen them before, use the other box on a few more questions because some of them are unanswerable if they have never done what the question is about, in this case the question was 'have you ever been to a music festival' there was no 'none' box, so no one can answer it if they have never been before. you could also improve by adding a title to your questionnaire, and adding a few more questions... try to add a few images and videos just to spruce up the colour a bit.
